After a 25-year career in public relations, I returned to school to earn my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, allowing me to bring a lot of different life experiences to my sessions. My counseling journey helped me heal and transform, which led me to want to guide and support others on their journey to wellness. Life can become difficult, and many people try to navigate their struggles, isolated, alone and misunderstood. I am here to listen, understand, and provide a safe, judgment-free space. Through our journey together, we will address your challenges and explore tools to help you identify patterns, manage emotions, and set boundaries in your relationships. My therapy approach is client-centered and collaborative because I value the unique client relationship the most. I work to earn your trust while keeping open and compassionate communication throughout the therapeutic process that provides alternative ways to see things.
